I’m more of a gastro gnome than a gastronome – an impish creature who has never outgrown the desire to play with my food. I believe in fun, flavorful and creative nourishment that is bursting with nutrition, and I seek to share this idea of vibrant health and culinary pleasure through my writing.

I currently serve as the Food Editor for Living Raw Magazine. I publish two blogs with original recipes and content, and have published various other freelance pieces in books, magazines and websites. I hold an MA in Gastronomy from the University of Adelaide.
